Ottewell Place is GEF: Housing for Seniors newest seniors residence. Located in southeast Edmonton in the midst of a warm supportive community, Ottewell Place is a short bus ride to Capilano and Bonnie Doon Malls which offer fitness centres, medical clinics, pharmacies, post offices and drop-in centres. Ottewell Shopping Centre is within walking distance, and also offers many amenities. The Southeast Edmonton Seniors Association is located within 15 blocks of the residence.
The Recreational Coordinator (assisted by volunteers), plans and implements many recreational activities in Ottewell Place’s spacious recreational room. These include exercises, bingos, pool, shuffleboard and special event parties with live entertainment.
