Please see the attached Service Agreement that we use for our yearly service agreements to view our ‘typical terms and conditions’. This agreement would be signed with service providers we have intention of utilizing throughout the year. A Direct Purchase Order (where applicable) would be issued with reference to the current signed Service Agreement Number to establish a contract for service at a particular site.
